Before heading out to New York at the beginning of the month, I went on a nice hike with some friends to a personal favorite, Oregon’s Silver Creek Falls. This switch back seemed to fit the bill for the theme zig zag. I did not have time to post these before my trip so I figured late is better than never. One of the most beautiful Castles in Germany is Castle Hohenzollern. We had a picture in our mind where we stand on a mountain and have a great view of the Castle. The mountain with this amazing view is called Zoller Horn. After a 20 min hike in the early morning through the dark forest we arrived at the top. We had to wait a few minutes but then the sun was slowly rising und the sunrays touched the towers of Castle Hohenzollern. Of the lovely dahlia flowers. Some of my favorites included the bees that were working on gathering pollen. It is so fun to watch them, but in the warm sun with them moving so quickly it can be a challenge to catch them holding still.🙂.
