http://krista-family.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 16, 2010. Christmas is almost here! Around our house we are getting pretty excited about the holidays. I JUST started shopping last night. Sheesh, nothing like waiting until the last minute. Today I took Katie's Christmas pictures. It took a little mommy persuasion. I did her hair, put some sparkle on her eyelids, and pink lip gloss. Once she felt like a princess I was able to get some pretty pictures! Now I can mail out Christmas cards and enjoy time with friends and family. It's time...

Saturday, April 17, 2010. My Girl in Old Hyde Park. I love my girl! Having a daughter and being a mother is a dream come true. Precious moments I cherish. Hugs and kisses! I love those pants! Our first pair of Matilda Jane pants and yes, I am hooked! I loved that shot of her! A little vintage appeal. Oh yeah, she's a stylin' girl! Apparently, she knows it! I am so thankful for my little girl. I am amazed that I am a mom. Friday, April 2, 2010. Time away at the beach! He made it all! My beautiful mom and ...

http://krista-family.blogspot.com/2013/06/summer-fun-fun-fun.html
Friday, June 28, 2013. Summer Fun Fun Fun. Let me go back and add that we are having a fun summer. Katie just finished a week at horse camp. My dear sweet Katie loves horses. She's fascinated by them and just loves everything horses right now. This is Fozzy. Katie rode Fozzy all week. He only tried to buck her off once. OH boy. Not what a mom wants to hear. Fozzy behaved the rest of the time. Other than the extreme heat, I think she had a great week. Someone got a hair cut AND. He is growing up so fast!

We walked around for about 6 hours and here are some of the things we saw and places we went to. That's ME, by a big clock. That is ME by a funny fountain. Monday, October 18, 2010. Pumpkin Festival and My Little Pumpkin! This past weekend we went to the Hunsader Pumpkin Festival . It is quite a bit south and takes about 45 minutes to an hour for us to get there. We went last year with my parents for the first time. We had such a great time we wanted to go back this year. Grammy and Pop Pop (my parents) also like the festival. Katie always has the best seat! It is a lot of walking for little ones. So crazy, but so worth it! Sunday, October 10, 2010. Loving ...

Homemaker's Paradise: February 2011
http://krista-family.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 8, 2011. We Made Play Dough! Today after school and lunch we decided to make homemade play dough. Katie loves playing with play dough and spends hours making all sorts of things, mainly 'cakes'. Imagine that! Well, now we have some new play dough. I did not follow this recipe exactly.). Katie wanted to make pink and blue. She was amazed that the pink and blue made purple. Thursday, February 3, 2011. So what do you do on a gray day? We decided to play outside. All you need is. And the ot...

Homemaker's Paradise: Katie Turns 5!!!!
http://krista-family.blogspot.com/2011/09/katie-turns-5.html
Sunday, September 25, 2011. We had planned to celebrate Katie's big 5 year old birthday by going to Disney. So 6 months ago I made reservations for our celebration! This was day one. Katie was so excited to go to the Magic Kingdom and see princesses. So we (Grammy, Pop Pop, Daddy, Katie and I) headed through the park. Our first stop was to get a fast pass to visit the princesses later. And not wait of course, my princess shouldn't have to wait! At magical Disney time flies! But she was still very excited.

Homemaker's Paradise: And 18 months later......
http://krista-family.blogspot.com/2013/04/and-18-months-later.html
Saturday, April 6, 2013. And 18 months later. Oh boy, oh boy! Now during my last post I was 20 weeks pregnant. He is 14 months old and I now feel like I can say I'm coming out of the "I just had a baby" fog. Between starting kindergarten homeschool (while pregnant) and then meeting this little angel, life just hasn't been the same. Life is surely sweeter (and I'm exhausted). This sweet little guy is into everything. Everything! He has kept me on my toes since day one. Good thing he's cute! Yes, she is!

Homemaker's Paradise: April 2011
http://krista-family.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 8, 2011. Well, you need to find a local u-pick strawberry farm. And get a cute girl to pick strawberries for you! Make sure you teach her how to find the right berries. My kiddo plucked about 50 of what I would call miniberries. You will see her handiwork a picture below. We had to dodge a few wasps and bees. This is hard work. Walk up and down row after row until you fill basket after basket. One quart (piled high) is only 50 cents! I couldn't stop picking them. Oh Yes, it was that good!
