Beer Justice: April 2011
http://beerjustice.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 27 April 2011. Ale at the Foundling Hospital. A month or two ago, I visited the Threads of Feeling Exhibition at London's Foundling Museum. The Foundling Museum tells the story of the Foundling Hospital, London's first home for abandoned children. Among the scraps of material were other similar tokens left as identification. The one above was among them. It leaves an unknown story. Who was the mother? How did she come by this token? What became of the child? Tuesday, 26 April 2011. Took pity o...

Monday, April 30, 2012. Farnham Beer Exhibition 2012. Everything will pass, and the world will perish but the Farnham Beer Exhibition will remain. Farnham Beerex rolled round again and much to my surprise some of my beers were on this time. Not sure how they got there, but a wholesaler must have been involved as I didn't deliver them. Paul Bailey's Beer Blog. Add to favourite links. Monday, 30 March 2015. Why Nottingham is Not For Me. I shan’t be going to next month’s CAMRA Member’s Weekend and AGM. Which, this year, takes place in Nottingham. Work and family commitments have conspired against me, so regrettably I am unable to spare the time necessary in order to attend. In some ways this is a great shame, as from what I understand Nottingham. Which nestles below the imposing Castle Rock. And his CAMRA colleague Graham Donning. Which ...
