Monday, 27 February 2012. The Wild Wild West. Pictures from our trip to Colorado. We spent the first night in the Mile High City (Denver), we went to the oldest restaurant in town 'Buckhorn Exchange'. We had alligator tail for starters, for mains Teddy had elk and ostrich steak and I had buffalo steak and lamp chop. Wednesday, 11 May 2011. Russell's River Cottage Loaf. Teddy is quite the cook these days, he decided to try out making bread from scratch. It was relatively easy and fun to make. The bread turned out so good, we sat on the patio eating it with pate and cheese. Until it started to rain :D.
