It tells the story of Phillipe Petit, a Frenchman who walked on a wire between the World Trade Center’s twin towers in 1974. A review from New York Magazine asserts that as opposed to the immediate reaction of the press after Petit was arrested, instead of asking why, the film asks “How the hell?
