8592; This is a typical heart. 19 May, 2008. Samuel was given this cool cook book by is Grandparents:. It's neat because most recipes are fairly simple. However, each recipe has a skill level. None of that really matters because Samuel picks what he thinks sounds good and we go from there. Not that "good" Chorizo is not greasy, this stuff is pretty much grease based. Anyway, we used it. You create what is essentially a soup (after draining off as much grease as you are able, of course! Links to this post.

8592; This is a typical heart. 30 April, 2008. The check is in the mail. Offtopic, but related, Victoria received an accept from her top choice college, Drew University. She is accepting this offer and expects to start as a Freshman in fall of 2009. The check for this is in the mail along with her request to defer for a year. Many congrats, Victoria! I think it's wise to take a break before going for the big move and the 4 year school. Recharge your batteries and go east later with renewed focus.

8592; This is a typical heart. 02 May, 2009. It was a year ago yesterday. Just 1 year ago today, we were starting the process. Of helping Samuel recover from surgery to repair his DCRV. Samuel went into surgery at about 125lbs. He weighed in at his annual check up last week at 121. He is nice and tanned now as he has been swimming on his high-school. Swim team since January. He stays fit swimming, playing basketball (he took the middle of the three-game series today), works-out at the gym. They not only ...

8592; This is a typical heart. 21 May, 2010. We just had a call from the doctor doing Samuel's procedure. She said that they are just wrapping up inserting the Reveal monitor in his chest. She said he'd be out in about 30 minutes. We may be home before 10. I'm looking forward to sleeping soundly tonight.
