Le vin est une fête 201. Le vignoble d’Elian 201. Sur notre page Facebook. Le fruit du travail de l’année est vendangé à 95% à la main (entre 30 et 40 personnes) sur une période de 3 semaines environ. Nous pratiquons un tri sévère des raisins à la vigne et au chai. La vigne a débourré fin mars ce qui est plutôt précoce. Le printemps fût beau et ensoleillé avec en alternance des épisodes pluvieux, ce qui a favorisé une croissance rapide de la vigne et une excellente floraison début juin. Puis nous avons eu une longue période de sécheresse, deux mois sans eau de la floraison à la véraison! La belle vendange rentrée, les vinifications se sont déroulées comme du papier à musique.
