A few of us are running, a few of us are not. One would think that the runners would be raving about the benefits of running, trying to convince the non-runners that it’s the best thing ever! Friday, September 14, 2012. Just Too Darn Busy Having Fun! I'm still down 4 pounds and I lost a couple of inches from my waist, but I've sort of stalled. I think I should probably go back to tracking for a while to see where I might be over-doing it. Eating low carb has turned out to be very easy and makes me feel better anyway, so it's a win win.
