Hej och hå! Nu saknar jag värmen! Imorse blev ett monsterpass med 6 mil cykel och drygt en timmes cirkelträning. Hade dessutom saftig träningsvärk redan när kl ringde vid 06.45 (aka Hilda väckte mig.jag hade egentligen sovmorgon till 07 men Hilda tyckte vi skulle upp) Härligt härligt härligt! Det var uppehåll första 3 milen sen regn resten, men det är härligt. Känner att man lever!
