http://cakesontheside.blogspot.com/2011/07/gluten-free-chocolate-cake.html
Alright ladies and gents. I've returned from wedding bliss and am back in the kitchen! My apologies for the delay in posting this recipe. I may be back but I'm still catching up my To-Do list! I stumbled upon this recipe long ago and now I've brought it back out of the cupboard. I truly do LOVE this recipe. This cake is SO moist, it's like a brownie cake. You don't even need to frost it. But, if you do, I recommend frosting it lightly or pairing it with a fruit syrup or glaze. So, try it out! Bake cake i...

Cakes On The Side: How to cover a cake board
http://cakesontheside.blogspot.com/2011/04/how-to-cover-cake-board.html
How to cover a cake board. For this week's TIP o' THE WEEK I thought I'd share with you steps to cover a cake board. It's really easy, pretty quick and it only enhances your cake. When you've spent a lot of time decorating a cake to look it's best, it can be a bit of a bummer to, at the end of it all, have it sit on a white/gold/silver generic cake board. So.dress it up! Another great thing about this: you can turn it ANY color you want*. Cut off the excess! Tip o the Week. Take A Look Around.
