Most of the victims died in the powerful tsunamis that devastated South Asia last December. Yet another catastrophe the earthquake in Pakistan has just killed over 30,000 people. With the major publicity received by Referendum C, appearing on Colorado ballots this year, most Coloradoans are familiar with at least the title of this highly controversial ballot initiative.
