Lynja: Lots of stuff
http://lynja.blogspot.com/2011/01/lots-of-stuff.html
Monday, January 10, 2011. C1 is now gaming with his cousin in TX. On one hand I can't believe my 9 year old is gaming on the internet and on the other hand I'm loving the skills he is learning and the friendship that he is forming with his cousin. C3 built this "nest" for herself one night. I thought she was very cute and needed a picture before we had to break it down to carry her up to bed. C2 got a "Builders Award" at school for his enthusiasm. This is c3 having fun! This is c2 at the beach! What is s...

Australia!: The Purpose of Mortality
http://racheldownunder.blogspot.com/2012/08/the-purpose-of-mortality.html
A blog that fulfilled its purposes when I left Australia, but (sporadically) continues on to appease my family. Monday, August 27, 2012. The Purpose of Mortality. After giving the talk I think it is a lot more profound than I realized as I truly had little to do with it. And I also really felt that I needed to share it. Hopefully it is of some use to someone. Particularly while the storms rage. This reminds me of the book of Alma. Here the Nephites and Lamanites are in war for years and years (and ch...

Australia!: Cancer Chronicles, part 3
http://racheldownunder.blogspot.com/2013/08/cancer-chronicles-part-3.html
A blog that fulfilled its purposes when I left Australia, but (sporadically) continues on to appease my family. Wednesday, August 28, 2013. Cancer Chronicles, part 3. It's funny to think about how cancer is affecting you when you find out you have cancer but haven't started any treatment. Like I think about talking to doctors last month and they explained the treatment and I thought "what a relief! This is nothing at all! But then you go through the process and it totally turns your life upside down.

Our Storybook Story: Eli's baby blessing
http://stevensgirls.blogspot.com/2013/10/elis-baby-blessing.html
Monday, October 14, 2013. Now that my baby boy is seven months old, maybe I should recap his baby blessing. Elijah was blessed by his father on May 5, 2013. Steve gave him a really sweet blessing from our Heavenly Father. He was blessed to look to his siblings and parents as an example, to find comfort in them. He was blessed to have the desire to serve as a missionary and to return to the temple with his future spouse. He was blessed also to seek knowledge and wisdom. Tia Chani and Eli! 5 On life's ride.

Blog of a Thousand Days & More: December 2014
http://whatjulesisthinking.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 17, 2014. I just like to smile, smiling's my favorite" Buddy the Elf. This year I asked Brian to write our Christmas letter. That is not to say that excitement doesn’t happen here, it is just that usually the excitement is home grown. I’m not even sure my boys could do that successfully. For all of the kids. I still work for the church working with FamilySearch. My work takes me to North and South America to capture digital copies of Birth, Marriage and Death records from archives...

Mike and Shara: September 2010
http://projectholt.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 23, 2010. We hopped off Frontrunner and got on TRAX and went to the Planetarium to check it out and wait for the parade. We had a great time there and then found a place to sit and watch the parade. Then the parade started. A man on stilts (pictured below) was walking by and I said, "Carson, look how tall he is." The guy then looked over at us and started walking really close. Pretty soon he was almost stepping on us. It scared us. (Yes, I was as nervous as Carson! Last Bit of Summer.
