A day in the life of...: The CowTown 5K
http://rjeta.blogspot.com/2011/07/cowtown-5k.html
A day in the life of. Monday, July 18, 2011. I've never been a runner in my life, but I've always thought it would be something I would like to do, so after 8 weeks of running and completing the Couch to 5K. Running plan for the second time (I did it after the boys were born), I was ready to try my 2nd 5K with my parents and Rob. My dad was great, he's been running regularly for awhile now, and he came in 12th in his age group of 109 runners! He even beat Rob. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

A day in the life of...: Rob's 30th Birthday
http://rjeta.blogspot.com/2011/07/robs-30th-birthday.html
A day in the life of. Thursday, July 21, 2011. For Rob's 30th birthday, we decided to sneak away as a family to a condo in Galveston. We had the most amazing time, and plan to make this a yearly (if not bi-annual) tradition. We stumbled upon this hidden gem called Pointe West. There is so much to see and do on Galveston Island and the city is so rich with history, that we barely scratched the surface on our 5 day vacation, so we have lots to look forward to in the years to come. Getting a little spunky.

A day in the life of...: The Great Winter Storm of 2011
http://rjeta.blogspot.com/2011/07/great-winter-storm-of-2011.html
A day in the life of. Monday, July 18, 2011. The Great Winter Storm of 2011. With the humidity, it was bitterly cold, I would say even colder than I remember it being in Calgary. In fact, it was the longest, coldest winter in over 100 years for us, ironic, since we are now having the 2nd hottest, driest weather in 113 years this summer. This was the ice on our driveway. The Swan Family Blog: September 2013
http://swantale.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
The Swan Family Blog. Friday, September 20, 2013. A year in pictures. I have been wanting to upload some pictures from our last year so that they don't get lost in time or on our overcrowded hard drive. We had a great year with so many highlights and because I am a bit obsessive when it comes to chronology they are oldest to newest. Enjoy! Christmas Eve. right before Murphy ate the special cookies for Santa.). Wheeler stole a few too. Exercising our right to spoil our son on Christmas morning. The week a...

The Swan Family Blog: April 2012
http://swantale.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
The Swan Family Blog. Saturday, April 28, 2012. Three cheers for visitors! Movie Night at Grandma and Papa's. For Christmas 2011 all the grand kids got their own Ipods. they are hilarious to watch playing on them, and are clearly all hooked. I guess at least they all play on them alone, together. Walking to the park with my little buddy. Cousin Kelly (Meg was camera shy, so no pics documenting her trip). Shortly after our Swan visitors left, we had my sister Jill and her family come to visit for a week!

Moments to Remember: November 2014
http://tamaraloewen.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things. – Robert Brault. Sunday, November 9, 2014. Before we knew it, Summer was coming to an end! The Summer breezed by, as usual! We are lucky to live on a street with so many kids! They have so much fun. The main thing our kids got into this Summer, was to play Bump (a basketball game)! We also put the older 2 in a basketball camp for one week as well. Heres a picture of one of the infamous games! Time for a cut!

The Swan Family Blog: June 2011
http://swantale.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
The Swan Family Blog. Thursday, June 2, 2011. May just sort of seems like a blur. Selling your house puts you in a funny sort of in between state. And after 2 months of back and forth to Katy and in between 2 houses we are ready to get this show on the road. But alas, the housing market stinks for sellers right now so we are stuck exercising patience and finding things to do/places to go during showings/open houses. It was very cool! Waiting for the parade. Here come the cars. Here is the link!
