Life with Endometriosis and PCOS. Thursday, April 26, 2012. San Francisco, Here we Come! We're headed to San Francisco for the weekend. One of my college roomies is getting married! This gave us the perfect excuse to take a little vacation. I can't wait to have delicious sourdough bread, visit fisherman's wharf, and see the Golden Gate Bridge. Not to mention, see the town that played the setting for one of my most favorite TV series growing up! I'm so thrilled to be headed on vacation! We Are All Mothers.

Life with Endometriosis and PCOS. Thursday, March 29, 2012. So the lottery must be super high. I really have no idea. I don't play nor have I been watching TV. However, there are a few tell tale signs that lead me to this conclusion. Utah doesn't have a lottery. Nevada doesn't have a lottery. This is how my town (in Arizona, which DOES have a lottery) has looked these last couple days. Anyway. I had to take pictures. Word on the street is some people waited in line for over 3 hours! This is my second time participating, and to be honest my heart wasn't really into it and I did a poor job. Now we have a plan, my surgery was done, and all I have to do is wait for AF to arrive. I really feel like a baby is within arms reach. I also have been taking DHEA. A steroid. Fingers crossed that (a) it lowers my FSH and (b) I don't lose all my hair and get acne! I didn't post yesterday so I am going to make it up for it today :). One of the things that I have found with DHEA is my skin tingles. Specifically the bottom part of my face. I keep thinking maybe the hair follicles are starting to get restless. One of these days I'm going to scare myself by looking in the mirror! I am an optimist, but a realist :).
