From Sole to Soul. Well since I'm *hopefully* attempting to train for a marathon this fall, I figured I better keep my training accountable. This is where that happens. Marathon training wk 2). Run : 14 crappy miles. Bike: 0 saddle time. Marathon training wk 1). Run :22 solid miles 6 extra miles. Bike: 0 saddle time. 9 miles ab challenge day 22. 3 miles back and forth during 5k ab challenge day 21. 5 miles, easy ab challenge day 20. Active rest day yoga ab challenge day 19. 31 min C25k ( 1.5 miles).
