Fresh or dried mint. Zest of one lemon.

Delicious, healthy and easy-to-make Ottoman and Turkish recipes. Tuesday, March 22, 2005. 1 clove of garlic, minced with salt. 1 cup cucumber, diced. 1 1/2 cup plain Tukish yogurt. Extra virgin olive oil. Fresh dill, chopped. Place the garlic, yogurt and water in a medium size bowl. Mix with a spoon until it is blended very well. Add diced cucumber and mix again. With a ladle pour into small bowls. Drizzle some olive oil on top of each. Garnish with fresh dill. This is a vegetarian dish.
