http://damesondraft.blogspot.com/2015/04/beer-review-shiner-family-pack_8.html
Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Beer Review: Shiner Family Pack. Shiner beer, made by. In shiner, Texas, can be found just about anywhere. Perhaps that's the reason I tend to shy away from it. I prefer to try the new and/or unusual, and not only has Shiner been around for over a century, its beers are simple, clean-tasting crowd pleasers. And so, I finally gave in one evening after work, easily locating the happy family at the supermarket across the street. "There goes the last one! People love those things!

Dames on Draft: Cooking With Milk Stout
http://damesondraft.blogspot.com/2015/02/cooking-with-milk-stout.html
Saturday, February 7, 2015. Cooking With Milk Stout. Valentine's Day is a week away. This year, why not add some beer to your chocolate? When I saw this recipe for Milk Stout brownies from Beer and Brewing Magazine. My first thought was, "of course! Milk stouts, also known as "chocolate stouts" for their sweet, chocolatey flavor, and creamy texture are a seemingly perfect addition to desserts. I started looking to see if I could find other Milk Stout recipes online, and unsurorisingly, I sure did!

Dames on Draft: Beer Review: Chimay Trappist Ales
http://damesondraft.blogspot.com/2015/02/beer-review-chimay-trappist-ales.html
Wednesday, February 11, 2015. Beer Review: Chimay Trappist Ales. Total Score: 3.8/5. Appearance: A hazy lava lamp of dark caramel. The head is thin, off-white, and frothy, and leaves no lacing to speak of. This could, however, be due to a less than spotless glass. 3.25/5. Overall: Sharper, yet less flavorful than Cinq Cent, and quieter than Grande Reserve, on every level. The flavor potential bubbling beneath the surface seems to miss its cue and tries to come out through the mouthfeel. While the...Appea...

Weight, Image, OKC. August 6, 2015. A couple tweets recently made me want to write about this OKC (the site, not the city) experience I had a few years back. I first went to meet one guy for dinner. He was really into swing and swing dancing. His pics looked fun. When I met him he was a decent amount heavier than his pics were. He wasn’t thin by any means in his pics, but was definitely smaller. And he was 6’5″ so he was *big*. They always do that! Pot….kettle…. Blogging…being social online ». Your last ...
