Psalms of a woman after God's own heart. Sunday, May 10, 2009. To burn or char the surface of: She seared the steak to seal in the juices. To mark with a branding iron. To burn or scorch injuriously or painfully: He seared his hand on a hot steam pipe. To make callous or unfeeling; harden: The hardship of her youth has seared her emotionally. To dry up or wither; parch. When the soul is seared, it takes time to heal. Posted by Deanna Shrodes. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Why I write this blog.

http://psalmofdeanna.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Psalms of a woman after God's own heart. Monday, September 29, 2008. How can i keep from singing? There is an endless song. Echoes in my soul. I hear the music ring. And though the storms may come. I am holding on. To the rock I cling. How can I keep from singing Your praise. How can I ever say enough. How amazing is Your love. How can I keep from shouting Your name. I know I am loved by the King. And it makes my heart want to sing. I will lift my eyes. In the darkest night. For I know my Savior lives.
