Saturday, July 23, 2011. Our garden has exploded! Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Two of my dear friends (and bridesmaids in our wedding) ended up getting married on consecutive weekends, four years later! Congrats to Maggie and Jenna! Tuesday, July 12, 2011. This summer has been a hot one, and I'm not excited to get our first 'grown up' air conditioning bill. Sunday, January 29, 2012. While Eric was away, the mouse (and baby) got to play! Since Eric was about 1,200 miles south last weekend, I figured I would jump the train to head another 130 miles north for some winter fun with the high school youth group. I have to admit that I was hesitant at first when picturing late nights, early mornings, cafeteria food, and bunk beds, but I am SO GLAD that I went. It was a blast! Here's to a few 'lasts' (for now) before all the 'firsts' begin in a few short weeks!

Wednesday, December 21, 2011. Celebrating 29 weeks tomorrow! According to all major websites and books, I am now conclusively in my THIRD trimester! Pretty crazy. I'm hitting a definite wall of fatigue lately, as the 'honeymoon stage' seems to be dying down.
