He was really excited that Riley, his BFF from his class last year is in his class again. Here he is during the first day drop off. This year, they have to wash their hands before going into class instead of just using Wet Ones. Before drop off, we had the now traditional photo shoot. Monday, May 28, 2012. Memorial Day Weekend: 2012. What a great Memorial Day weekend we enjoyed. It started with a date night for Eric and I to Vimala's Curry Blossom Cafe. I had heard an interview with Vimala on NPR a long time ago and have wanted to go ever since. It was delicious and I was so excited that Vimala herself served us our appetizer - even gave us an extra Samosa. Yum! Eric and I decided that once a month we want to go try a new restaurant - we have a pretty long list to tackle. 12 on 12: May.

The 13th Caelan was not feeling well - he had a really bad cough that I later learned was just from allergies - but I thought he was getting sick so we stayed home all day and made him rest - ie. watch movies. Monday, January 27, 2014. We drove to Utah for Christmas, it was supposed to be a 12 hour trip but turned into 15! I guess thats how it goes when you have 2 kids and a baby. Lincoln bundled up at Temple Square to see the beautiful lights. Sledding at Soldier Hollow. The girls had fun the first few trips down, but after the third time they wouldn't go again. It was way too fast for them. For Christmas we got a real live tree! Taylee thought this one was neat. Chopping down our tree!
