12300;大隱隱於市；曖曖內含光。」. 星期一, 8月 10, 2015. 從穿上白袍的那一刻，就是無數跟診時光的開始，從見習醫師、實習醫師、住院醫師到專科醫師訓練的過程當中，總是有無止盡的時間被安排跟診。 在見習醫師階段，因為不具執業資格，且剛接觸臨床工作，每一件事都是陌生的。因此只能站在一旁看著學長姐或是老師們的一舉一動，小心不要擋住了別人的移動路徑，在夾縫中當一個「專業路障」，每天只想著到底什麼時候可以下診。 到了實習階段，開始自己看病人了，在跟診的時候免不了思考著自己在看診的時候是否忽略了什麼細節，是不是和老師們的臨床步驟有些不同，試著修正自己的錯誤。當然也要摸熟每個跟診老師的底細，慣用的器械擺設與看診模式，誤觸地雷絕對是殺無赦的小癖性，謹記著上家所交代的所有施行細則，在換科的前一晚還要在心裡默念三百遍方能入睡。 醫師，跟診的時候絕對要保持嚴肅的態度，謝絕談笑風生；譬如. 醫師，實事求是，每一個步驟務必講求確實到位，絕不馬虎；譬如. 醫師，總是溫文儒雅，跟診時無不如沐春風；譬如. 醫師，熱衷教學，跟診時筆記抄不完，時而發現新大陸般呼叫眾學生圍觀. 星期二, 7月 28, 2015. 就是口腔外...
