Again, Erin and I have both been pretty lax, but maybe we'll be back posting again with more regularity someday. I have been doing some freezer cooking lately, which I'm loving! You're Such a Mom! Monday, September 27, 2010. Wow, here I am again! I literally just a few minutes ago told my sister that I had read a little of her blog. And my blog while looking for a recipe online from our joint blog. And dang it, we're funny! I miss reading her blog and, really, I know I should write more, so here I am again for now. It's been a LONG time since I last wrote. June 3? But Nick had fun and we had a good time spending time together and with our friends, so overall, it was a good day!

When we moved in, both Nick and I were happy with all of the current colors so we didn't do any repainting at that time. Now it's just time to freshen up, and I'm really excited to see how it looks! Austin and I have been talking for a few days now about how he needed to wear something green to school today for St. Patrick's Day or else face the possibility of being pinched, so we made sure to get out his most green shirt this morning! After talking this tradition up for days, I then realized that I had better tell him not to pinch any of his friends at school if they weren't wearing green! Nick is on it!

The (Former) Evans Girls' Menus. Wednesday, April 15, 2009. This is how I do it.however, there are many variations, I'm sure. Rice (I switch between brown and Jasmine). Leftover chicken, pork (if you have any). My parents would also always add a frozen peas/carrots mixture, but I.not so much. Okay, so first you prepare rice according to the package. I usually just do 1 cup unless I want to eat this stuff for 4 days, then I'll double the recipe of the rice. Basically, throw in some flavor of your liking.

The (Former) Evans Girls' Menus. Monday, November 17, 2008. This was good, but really just more like cheesy spaghetti.I found it online. 2 cups cooked rotini noodles. 1 lb browned ground beef. 1 15 oz. can pizza sauce. 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce. 2 cups mozzarella cheese. Brown the beef and cook the noodles. Mix all ingredients but cheese in the crock pot. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook on high for 1.5 hours in the crock pot. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). You're Such a Mom! Friday, March 12, 2010. We knew them when they were just starting out. Austin and I had a lunch date at Denny's today (I know, we're high rollers! And there was a table of four young-ish guys sitting in a nearby area. First of all, we were separated from these guys by a partial wall, but I could see the tops of their heads.
