Tuesday, March 25, 2008. New software and a big smile for this girl. I recently acquired the newest version of Photoshop: CS3, as well as Photoshop's Lightroom program, and some wicked cool plug-ins for Photoshop. I just installed them late last night and played around quickly with a couple of pics in Lightroom.changing exposure/contrast/colour balance. Then I exported them into PS and used the "portraiture" filter plug in. Wow. I'm so impressed with how quickly I can. Make myself look good.

Wednesday, March 05, 2008. Day 3 and counting. Monday felt like detox. Tuesday was a little better, I was less hungry during the day, and made a delicious supper of salmon and salad. Today I feel great! I'm starting to see now exactly how many un-necessary carbs I was eating, and that as long as I put a little time and extra effort into my meals, they can be ultra delicious and healthy. Saturday, April 05, 2008. Distracted.and not in a good way! The boy got in a car accident when he was out of town for work. A bad one. Flipped the truck, totalled it, went to the hospital. Luckily everyone was OK, but talk about a stressful couple of days! Anyway, he's home now and even though he has a hard time even breathing due to the pain he's in.he's just as sweet as ever.
