Raising a child in 2009. Friday, December 18, 2009. Ethan On the Move. Ethan recently mastered the skill of walking. He is loving his independence and freedom. My husband and I are trying to kid-proof the house once again. This time for a walking kid. I am so envious that Ethan is able to be so free. It makes me miss being a kid. If adults went up to complete strangers and said "Hi" to their face, we would be thought of as complete lunatics. Well, I just wanted to add a post keep you updated on Ethan.

I am sorry. :( We got back from Korea and all of a sudden it was Adam's 30th birhtday, Thanksgiving, Jonathan's 2nd birthday and Christmas. Raising a child in 2009. Friday, August 14, 2009. On August 19th, Ethan will be officially one year and a month old. He had a very nice birthday celebration. We have been fortunate enough to be blessed with such wonderful family and friends. I always think Ethan is the luckiest child in the world and he doesn't even know it. But he will some day. 8221; That is the word of the year now. Everything is “high def” this or “high def” that. Here are some of Ethan in just the last year. Wow!

While Family Guy is not animation intended for kids, its definitely ok to let him watch it with you until hes old enough to figure out what is really going on. Keepin' up with the Funderburks. Wednesday, April 21, 2010. Hi, It's us! It has been a long, long time since I have blogged. We are doing well. We have been enjoying the amazing spring weather. Jonathan is saying new words/phrases almost every day. His new favorites are "No way, Jose" and "No pictures Mama". He is sleeping in a big boy bed now and has been showing some interest in potty training. Celebrating Grandma's birthday last year at Kincaids. Jonathan on his 2nd birthday!
