This component of the site is where I express my ideas on food advocacy and food justice. Due to my internships on campus I have been able to explore the food scene that is also supporting social justice in food establishments. My work with the Slow Food UW Cafe allows me to work with students to host a not for profit, weekly cafe that sources all produce from a 50 mile radius of Madison. Is one of the best of the best in my opinion. Enjoy and as always bon appetit. Share on Facebook (Opens in new window).
