This is the second year NYT has hosted a Give Back Yoga Day event. It's an age-old tradition to perform 108 Sun Salutations to honor the power of our primary source of energy, the sun. The Indian philosopher known as Dada-ji honored this tradition daily. But you can do it with group support this Tuesday at Nydia's.

Saturday, January 29th. The workshop is presented in two sessions:. Meditation in Action (11 am - 1 pm) and,. Yoga for Sitting Meditation (2 pm to 4 pm). Devon has been studying yoga for over 20 years and is nationally certified in Iyengar yoga. 65 for both sessions, and $40 for a single session.
