The story - HBB
http://www.en.hbb.fi/story.html
At Sandra's, I got a quiet and beautiful room of my own, and the hostess and her other guests offered me a bit of company to chat with. Twentyone questions and answers:. How does the reservation take place? Why is there no on-line booking? Why payment in advance? What if the host cancels? How do you compensate for overbooking? What is included in the price? Do I get a key? What time can I arrive? Oh no, my flight is badly late! Why do I need to fill a passenger card and show my ID? Who will do the cleaning? What does "normal cleaning" mean? Can I bring along my pet? What if I break something? And if I lose the key? If I am in trouble?
