Going for a walk. Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Going for a walk. Here is how a typical walk for me goes:. I start out with a quiet, responsible kid, then have a half-dozen or so little munchkins follow after us saying, "Faith Jiejie! Let us come too! So, we start off on a big, wild adventure! They stop to take a peek in the window to see what some other boys are doing. There's my big, responsible boy I started out with: Dai Shengyou, 7'th grade. He is such a goof for the camera! Friday, July 31, 2009. I made it to Shanghai! Everything went well getting over here, and my new friend, Angie, met me at the train station when I arrived. I'm staying in a local hotel at night and with friends during the day. China is wonderful! I love it here. The feeling of the community in Shanghai's suburbs where I am staying is so secure. Everyone is nice and many people here speak English. It feels safe to walk around the streets here (so long as you watch out for cars! Posted by Faith in China.

They sold mostly normal pets like dogs and cats, but they also sold some really unusual animals like pigs, baby skunks(they were $400! And in the front window they had a lemur(it wasn't for sale.)!
