Páirc Náisiúnta Ghleann Bheatha. The Park contains a large herd of Red Deer but, unlike Killarney, these are not of native Irish stock. A twenty eight mile fence was erected in the 1890’s to contain the herd, which spend most of the summer on high ground, returning to more sheltered areas during the winter or in prolonged poor weather. A small theatre relates the history and tradition of the area in film and play. From the pier at nearby Magheroarty (7km), visitors can take boat trips to Tory Island on the Tory Island Ferry.

No dia 31 nossa escola realizou a eleição do Grêmio Estudantil. Foi um momento inovador, pois ao alunos realizaram a votação eletronicamente. Todo processo ocorreu tranquilamente e a chapa vencedora foi a chapa nº 13 – “Revolucionários” com 208 votos dos 351 alunos que participaram desse momento correspondendo a 59,25%.
