Monday, July 26, 2010. California Trip Part Three. On Thursday, we went to the San Diego Zoo. It was cool that day and the animals were all out. It is such a big place we didn't get to see everything but what we saw was amazing. Our nieces Lizzie, Eliza, and Kate at the Camels. Alan and Daddy at the Donkeys. We played. a lot! Tuesday, May 26, 2009. Prizes, Presents, and Projects. So this last month has been filled with surprises! First off, I was reading one of my favorite blogs, Marta. The Russell Family Journal. Thursday, April 22, 2010. You are the coolest kid in town! I know I'm behind on blogging, so I'll have to backtrack later because today my baby turns 2! I love this age, and Levi is such a great kid. I laugh at him all the time, and he is always making me smile. He is always telling everyone that he loves them - sometimes yelling it. He just walks around happy most of the time (no kid is ever happy all the time). I love having him in our home. Seth and Amy Russell.

Saturday, June 28, 2008. Peter Pan" - Alysa's Dance Recital. Alysa's dance studio, School of Ballet Arts, did "Peter Pan" for their 2008 recital. Alysa was in four scenes. Here is her "Stars" ballet costume. From "Fairies in the Forest" scene where they did an Irish dance. This was my favorite, it's so fun to watch. Alysa did a really good job and was so adorable in all her dances. She really loves Irish dance. Alysa was an indian in the scenes, "Redman" and "Ugh a Wug". Sunday, June 15, 2008.

Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Yesterday, I turned one year old! I can't believe it! I can do so many cool things now and I don't need my mom's help. I really like to wonder around our apartment and pull Mommy's books off the bookshelf. I think it's so funny, but Mommy doesn't. Mommy was really tired after the party last night, so I told her I would blog about my party. It's was so cool! He put some Utah plates on it. The front one says "Spoiled," whatever that means. Monday, March 8, 2010. On Saturday, we all went to the Hostler's Train Show in Ogden. It was held at the old Union Pacific Depot. They had train's of every shape and size. Chason and Alan were in heaven. And I loved watching their reactions to everything and watching all the people. There was a huge Lego display with a Lego train running around the outside. It was amazing! There was a museum and a place were kids could do some hands-on things. There was a little train outside that the kids could ride on.

Saturday, October 31, 2009. Last night we carved our pumpkins we got at the pumpkin patch. It was sooooo much fun! Daddy put the pumpkins guts on Alan again this year. Alan was a huge help cleaning out the seeds. He couldn't believe what his pumpkin became. Today, we took Alan trick or treating for the first time. He didn't quite understand why we put him in a pirate outfit but after he got candy, he was all for it. Who would be afraid of this pirate? It was a great couple of days! Yes, we're still alive!
