Thursday, November 14, 2013. Another comparison photo. Are you surprised? Notice how there is a fur throw in both photos? No detail was missed ;) People always tell me Nellie looks like me. I don't see it. And looking at this photo I still don't really see it. Except maybe our smiles, me sans dimples, and our head shape. I find genetics fascinating. And was really intrigued. As a photographer, I sometimes hear my clients say, "this isn't my good side! It was hard to get our heads perfectly straight at the camera and the lighting isn't even on our faces, but oh well! I wish the photographer in the article would have included the original photo of his subject...

Tuesday, December 16, 2014. Anyways, after, the kids said it was fun, so that's good I guess. Then on our way back to Cardston we stopped at the Leach Colleries, which is a trail which ruins from an old coal processing plant. Nolan loved it since he is very interested in abandoned buildings. Friday, October 18, 2013. Nellie was a newborn. Almost 6 months later. Just wanted to post a few of Nellie's newborn photos that my wonderful friend, Nikole. Took She was actually going to photograph Nellie's birth (I know that grosses some people out, it's not like I was going to post them on Facebook.) but Nellie came way too fast. Wednesday, August 27, 2014. I know I just posted about Nellie, but I forgot about these photos. This girl loves water more than any baby I've ever seen. Even if it's glacier cold water. I told the boys it was because she was born in water ;) These were taken in July so she was 14-15 months. Thursday, June 12, 2014. We have our own club. In the past little while, I have noticed Nellie getting frustrated by too much attention from her brothers. Like, she will be trying to do her own thing and one of the boys will try to hug/hold/kiss/pat/block her way/ and this will really bother her.
