Monday, March 28, 2011. I am now the Primary President of the Highland 1st Ward. Crazy. I've known for about a month now and it seems a lot longer. I'm the kind of person that learns by doing, so it's really frustrating when I can't do something. It's stressful to me. As soon as it get going, the stress will totally go away, but for now it's still a little there. So, I'm really excited to be with them every Sunday. Ken, Jen, Kadi, Jaimee, Jacob, Kolton. Monday, December 14, 2009. One of our favorite things to do for the christmas season decortate the tree. We love the lights and the glow that they bring to the home. We like to add something every year, and found ribbon that lights up it adds some color to the white tree. Though Kens comments it looks like a candy cane. So now when I look at it, it does look like one. Thanks alot ken. Oh i think the tree looks wonderful and colorful. I like the ribbon!

Friday, December 17, 2010. I've been meaning for a while to buy a candy jar. One that sits on my entry table and holds seasonal candy. A couple of weeks ago I finally got one and filled it with peppermint kisses. So, yummy! I got a good laugh out of that. A few days later, I again quized my kids on the number of days and as soon as everyone yelled out the right number Porter said, "I'll get the candy! Ken, Jen, Kadi, Jaimee, Jacob, Kolton. Thursday, October 14, 2010. We have been asked by our stake presidency to visit the site that the Gilbert Temple is going to be built, as the construction goes along to document for our family the progress of the build. This was our first visit they have not even yet broken ground but have started the preparation to do so. It was fun to see all families there most in white shirts, I think we will try that next. Thursday, September 15, 2011. Happy Birthday, Regan! It feels like I just keep doing birthday posts! Today is Regan's 14th birthday! It seems like not too long ago she looked like this:. She still does that goofy smile. Regan still cracks me up. She's so sarcastic and I have no idea where she got that! Must be from her dad. Saturday, November 27, 2010. Sorry, no pictures, but it was a lot of fun because my Uncle Jordan and Aunt Lara came down Wednesday night. Jordan,(12) my cousin is like one of my favorite cousins, she is just like me! Crazy, loud, and energetic! Elyse, Rob, and of course he is not here yet but the little bundle of joy in Elyse's stomach came on that gloomy Saturday. They left Tuesday night, so they weren't able to stay for Thanksgiving but the time we had with them was so much fun! My sissy's coming home!
