Lighthouse Community Fellowship @ The LHCC. Sundays is a great time of praise and worship. We hold our Sunday morning worship at the Lighthouse Community Center and we get rolling around 9:30am with hot coffee and breakfast followed by music, testimonies and a message from the Word by one of our leaders. Resumes and Job Placement. Since 2012 we have placed over 60 people in jobs around Lynchburg. We have created over 200 resumes for people that are either recently incarcerated, homeless or down in luck. We have a list of 40 companies that will hire felons and we have leads on many unpublished jobs. Clothing Closet @ The Lighthouse. Both the mens and womens clothing closets at the Lighthouse are always open, and has items for all seasons. It is first come first serve and inventory is constantly changing. Please bring a bag to carry your clothes with you, as we don't always have them on hand. Food Bank Program @ The Lighthouse. This is a fantastic program that we offer to help the community with an absolute need. We run a food bank twice a month to benefit those who may not be able to afford this necessity of life. We ask that you register if its your first time at the pantry and we also have nutritonal information available too. We usually have a table set up with drinks and snacks while you wait. The Lighthouse Food Bank is the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm.
