HIIT and The Gym. I finally did it! I have found a work out regime for the gym that is not boring, long and drawn out. Previously I used to do something like 20 minutes on a bike, then a cross trainer and then break the last 20 minutes between brisk walking and rowing. Bore bore bore. 5 min walking warm up stretches.
