It's been a while since I posted. I'd like to say that's because a lot's been going on. In reality I got lazy and now I just happen to have something to write about that can make it sound like a lot has been going on. So I joined Dootrix. And therefore left Headscape. Local dev configuration and setup details. New technologies and approaches. Where to find existing (reusable) code solutions. Hosting and access details for projects. How do you eat yours?

You get to make stuff with like minded people with no bosses, no client deadlines, no point but the love of it. It's been a while since I posted. I'd like to say that's because a lot's been going on. Caroline Mockett: December 2006

My blog about creative web design, standards and accessibility. Friday, December 15, 2006. Lies, Damned Lies, And Statistics. No matter who coined the phrase. It has often been used to cite the inaccuracy of some conclusions which can be drawn from analysing statistics. I'm usually pretty wary of them myself, but sometimes your server stats are your best friend. We undertook some user-centred design, testing our new proposals with paper wireframes and some open and closed card sorting. 4th was the search.

Thinking, drinking and websites from Ross Bruniges. I do like a good beer so when someone I know, and occasionally someone I don't know undertakes the noble act of buying one for me I like to provide a little bit of thanks back; normally via buying THEM a beer and by chucking their name up on this list. LJ Lacey and James Myers. The list doesn't feel that full right now (due to awful site lag on my part) so if you don't see your name please let me know - I'll put it up here ASAP! My conferences on Lanyrd.
