Ferret Aid Society Volunteers. Monday, September 1, 2008. Nice to meet all the new kids, totally loved everyone . first though I must apologize to tomorrows volunteer as I left a bit of a rush. Cashs old dish is still soaking in the sink and I didnt put a new bag in the poop bin. I think I also forgot to fill in the times on the sheet. Jinx and Frederica both had good walks and were very well behaved and loved nosing around outside. PS GREAT JOB with Moose, the new improved Moose is adorable!

The girls were playful and sweet, Cash and Loot took turns being playful and snoozing, Jinx wasnt particularly playful but he was very snuggly and checked out some new treats from the gift bag while we were putting them on the shelf in the closet. Ferret Aid Society Volunteers. Friday, July 17, 2009. Dr Lane saw Cinnamon this morning. As per Randy's instructions, he was given a Lupron shot. Blood was extracted for testing. Other than being very scrawny and thin, there did not seem. To be an immediate cause for concern. We will know more when the blood test results are back. To reduce the volunteer shift workload, I have taken both Sugar and Cinnamon home. I am hoping to fatten up Cinnamon with a/d. I found him hiding in the bottom dresser drawer.

Also this raises the issue of co-ordination . we cant expect Randy to manage this . but its easy for dates to fall through the cracks . at one time we had an online calendar, maybe we need something like this again . so we can manage coverage as a group . comments? Sunday, September 30, 2007. We have two new kids at the shelter. Gizmo is a 3-4 year old dark eyed white boy that came from Animal services Toronto South. He is super sweet and is adjusting to the shelter very nicely but he is adrenal and until we can take care of that I doubt he will get along with anyone. I tried with out any success. I also treated everyone else with Advantage just in case. Please do not have anyone run in the other ferret room until we spray, better to be extra safe.

Tuesday, June 12, 2007. Hi everyone. FAS is having our annual garage sale on July 7 and 8 this year. If ANYONE has anything they would like to donate for the sale, please let me know. This year's sale is very important to help pay some very urgent bills coming up in July and the funds are much needed in order for the shelter to keep going.
