Fertility Issues

Jun 24th, 2008. Background: I'm on the 4th cycle of a Femara/trigger shot plan. So far, I've ovulated (at least so says FertilityFriend and a regular period) every time, but no luck. (All other factors are within normal ranges.). Is this a good thing? Is there a better chance that the egg released by this follicle will be healthier and thus more likely to be fertilized?
