Monday, August 8, 2011. Dinner in a bag! Wow, I'm starting to sound like Giada de Laurentiis, never mind if you don't know who I'm talking about! P) And the best thing is, there is no clean up, no pots/pans to clean at all! Seafood pasta in a bag. The following ingredients are enough for one bag/serving, yes, it's a very big dinner portion! Hey, why not? 5 pieces of mussels. 5 pieces of clams. 5 pieces of scallops (I used tiny bay scallops). 4 pieces of shrimp. 15 cup of cooked pasta. 1 tbsp of butter.

Thursday, February 2, 2012. Here is one that doesn’t take a lot of effort, it’s yummy and also somewhat elegant. Bacon wrapped stuffed pork tenderloin. Serves 2 (Multiply the recipe for your party). 1 head of garlic. 6 pieces of bacon. 1 tbsp each of thyme and rosemary. Salt and Pepper to taste. 2) Squeeze out the garlic flesh from the bulb into a bowl, mix with thyme and rosemary (the herbs can substitute with any other herb you like), season with salt and pepper. 5) Bake in 375F oven for 30 minutes.

Wednesday, January 18, 2012. Eat Light, Eat Well. Happy 2012 everyone (Yes, I know I’m a few weeks late)! I don’t usually set any new year resolution, but this year, I plan to put more focus to being happy! This recipe is actually inspired by one of the past Top Chef winner recipe ( Michael Voltaggio's Miso cured cod in dashi). The cod sits on a bed of veggie and a deep flavoured miso broth. This is the perfect meal on a cold winter day, it really sooth the soul! Baked cod in miso broth. 1 tbsp of mirin.

Monday, September 3, 2012. 1/2 cup butter, softener. 1/4 cup white sugar. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup all purpose flour. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/2 cup chocolate chip (optional). Preheat oven at 190 Celsius. Cream butter and sugars together. Then add the egg and vanilla. Then add the dry ingredients (except oatmeal). Slow fold the oatmeal into the mixture.
