See, Hub being a Brit and all, we're going back there to spend a bit of time with his family between Boxing Day (26 Dec) and New Year's. Winners never quit, but this winner wants to lose. To be honest, the switch to a transfat-free, HFCS-free, crap-free household hasn't been terribly painful. We were already eating a lot of good, whole food because I was on the weight-loss wagon and a big ol' salad sure fills you up for fewer calories than say, a frozen dinner. But there were some casualties that Hub still mourns. Ken's Light Raspberry Walnut dressing. Freaking HFCS. Orowheat 12-grain bread. Really. So sad. Wheat Thins. I know, right?
