Every Tuesday evening a group of us get together at the local Panera Bread Company. We never know how many will show up, but no matter because everyone has a great time. I've also been trying new recipes, which fulfills another goal. Here is one I made recently that I really enjoyed. Pasta Salad with Blue Cheese, Walnuts and Arugula. Preparation Time: 12 min.
