Hoppy Blonde ale. 3.5%. Hopping with Saaz makes this beer reminiscent of classic continental lager but then comes that big craft ale punch we have all come to love from the Galaxy and Columbus. Maris Otter low colour malt. English Ale Yeast. Saaz, Columbus, Bramling Cross and Galaxy hops.

Grapefruit Saison. 6.3%. Classic fruity saison flavours from the yeast, hints of banana, oranges and grapefruits. Spicy and herbal notes with peaches and limes from the hops and a blast of grapefruit from the cold pressed grapefruit oil. Lager and cara malt. Saison yeast. Motueka and Zeus hops. Cold pressed grapefruit oil.

Black Jaggery IPA. 6.2%. IPA plus hopping levels give big citrus, spice and herbal notes to this dark IPA which also has that rich spicy bitterness you only really achieve with first wort hopping. Maris Otter pale ale and crystal malts with roast barley and jaggery sugar. English Ale Yeast. Columbus, Cluster and Bouclier Hops.

First Chop Brewing Arm was established in 2012 when founder Richard Garner borrowed a local micro brewery and began brewing 400litres of beer per month. He delivered the beer from the boot of his car in his spare time whilst continuing to run his successful bar and restaurant. Within 12 months demand was such that a larger brewery was needed and in July 2013 production transferred to a purpose built plant capable of brewing 5000litres per week in Salford, Greater Manchester.
