The itinerary changes each year along with the individuals who are in my class and what we are learning. This year we toured the Museum of Modern Art,. The col...

http://pseudonym-for-silva.blogspot.com/2015/07/reflecting-on-practice.html
Reflecting on the Practice. Last week I had the opportunity to teach a one week summer camp, aptly titled: Picture This! The camp was open to youth ages 12 to 14 years old. There were 8 participants. So, needless to say, I was a little nervous, but ready for the challenge. It was incredible. I put together a sequence of experiences in all things photo! For the Art Educator's sho...

Now we are naming the Storms? It is hard to believe we were at the National Zoo yesterday enjoying the sunshine! Today we are in the midst of a winter storm. Apparently, nowadays it is quite vogue to give these storms names. so today we welcomed. Started slow and the snow looked like glitter glistening and falling form the sky. as the day progressed it morphed to look more like choppy confetti.
