NORTH BONDI SUNDAY RUN. NORTH BONDI SUNDAY BIATHLON. 1) Races will be run each week from the 1st Sunday in May to the last Sunday in September. Races will commence at 3:45pm for juniors and 4:00pm for seniors. 3) Handicaps will be adjusted as per the time adjustment rules for each event type. 4) The time clock will start at 4:00pm (3:45pm for juniors) for runners with a handicap of 0 mins and other runners leaving at 10 second intervals determined by their handicaps rounded to the nearest 10 seconds.

NORTH BONDI SUNDAY RUN. NORTH BONDI SUNDAY BIATHLON. What better way is there to end the week than to take on The North Bondi Sunday Biathlon? All ages welcome as long as they can swim 400m and run a bit further than that. After we run and swim at the world's best beach we head up to the surf club for a BBQ and some refreshments. Does it get any better than that?
