Eggplant And Pork Torta. 250 g of ground lean pork. 1 tbsp. of finely minced garlic. 1/2 c of finely chopped onions. 3/4 c of coarsely chopped tomatoes. 1 bell pepper, finely chopped. 4 eggs, beaten. 1 tbsp. of flour. Mix together all the ingredients except the eggplants and the cooking oil. Meant to mention this restaurant up in Gohtong Jaya (on the way to Genting Highlands) but I'm always so hungry and waiting to eat the food that I forget to take pictures! We like coming here for steamboat we get to eat in comfort with the cool breeze from the highlands! Labels: Travel and Eat-alogue. Restoran Yin Her in Sungai Buloh. For a cheap meal for the family, this may be the place to go. They also have a fishing pond next to the restaurant!
