I really liked this, I give it a 4.5 out of 5. I liked it because it has a nutty creamy flavor and texture and tastes a lot like mac and cheese. And it was fast to make, probably 25 minutes at the most. Salad and Vegan Mac and Cheese. 1 lb macaroni pasta. 1/2 tub Tofutti Sour Supreme. 3 Tbsp. water.
