Ralladura de 1 limón. 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla. Rodajas de limón para decorar. Para la masa, batir la mantequilla con el azúcar impalapble hasta obtener una masa espumosa. Torta de cerezas borrachas. 500 gr de bizcocho genovés de chocolate. 240 ml de pisco de su preferencia (240 ml). 250 gr de cerezas. 150 ml de almíbar. 250 ml de fudge. 250 ml de crema chantilly. 200 gr de chocolate bitter picado. 30 gr de frambuesa. 30 gr cerezas marrasquino. 30 gr de blueberries. 100 gr de fresa. Precalentar el horno a temperatura media (180°-350° f) por espacio de 20 minutos. Colocar el bizcocho sobre el papel manteca y llevar al horno por 10 minutos.
