I'm not a fan of bananas and really don't do chocolate but despite that I love these muffins.give them a try I think you'll enjoy them. 2 cups self-raising flour. 1/2 cup caster sugar. 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 1 cup (200g) Dark Choc Bits. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a medium muffin tray (12 sections) with paper cases. Melt butter in a small saucepan or heat-proof bowl in the microwave. Set aside to cool slightly. Mix It Up Mondays.
