Sunday, 28 August 2011. The Future's Fit : The Future's Forest Fit. 20 people attended the 9am session yesterday :-). Can we beat our monday night record of 21? Next saturday September 3rd,there is ONLY ONE. Ffit session @ 9am. Then we are back to normal. 4 sessions every week :. Monday @ 6.30pm. Wednesday @ 9.30am. Saturdays @ 9am and 10.30am.
