It was passed to me this week that Shipmate PRPNW John Carroll, Everett Branch #170 (RPNW 1990-91) Passed away on May 11th, 2015 with his Funeral on the 22nd. Here is a link to his Obituary. His wife, LAFRA PRPNW Kathleen passed away earlier this year in February.
