Recentemente vi um programa onde o Gordon Ramsay preparava este pão e adorei sua simplicidade. Meu filho quase não acreditou na praticidade e rapidez quando me viu preparando a receita. O resultado é um pão rústico que perfuma muito a casa quando está no forno. Quando pronto, é saboroso e mantém leves traços do amargo da cerveja. Ótimo para acompanhar entradinhas!
